Well well, the time has come for our first official event of the new year, even though Jess's birthday might become an official event next year. Congrats to James, Jess's brother on becoming an eagle. Our little club has grown by one.
We've got the flying eagles weekend this weekend, first Friday night poker game at Luis's for the appetizer. A ten dollar buy in and good times to be had.
Saturday the main coarse, basketball and goal of making it out of pool play at the Iowa games basketball tournament. This year's journey starts early with an 8:00 AM tip off of Kirkwood community college. The eagles will face off against a team from muscataine Iowa. Second game action begins around 1:30 with our little eagles program showing up for support. Let's try to win one for the fans this year.
I'm sure a trip to Ghanis and Gilligan's is on tap as well
Just give me a heads up on when you plan on getting into town.
And always remember a couple of things, when Coming to Kyle and I's place bring something to sit on and something to sleep on.

We'll be there around 7:30 Saturday morning... We'll bring something to sleep on and chairs to sit in... But John we were wondering if you would let marley sleep with you saturday night so she could be away from the other dogs??? Can't wait to see you all!!!! and very excited for Gilligans, that place has yet to let me down.... LOVE!
I plan to be there around 8 or 9 Friday night...possibly with Marcus.
I am wondering if I should bring the wheelchair again for round 2 at Gilligans...
