Saturday Jamie has breakfast, lunch and dinner planned.
We're leaving everyone responsible for bringing their own beer or whatever they'd like to drink.
If you would like, you can buy your beer here on Saturday morning. The liquor store opens quite early. We just have to make sure we have plenty of beer going into the evening hours because they do stop selling beer/liquor at 10pm for "off sale" in Minnesota. And no strings can be pulled by the City Administrator (ie Jamie) -- that's a state law. No such thing as a beer run in Minnesota, apparently.
We have tea, water and lemonade here. We try not to keep soda in the house - its a slippery slope. On that note, we also don't drink coffee so if anyone is into that, you're on your own.
"We have unlimited juice? This party is going to be off the hook!"
I'm asking everyone to chip in $5 for food for all day Saturday. We'll buy everything beforehand.
Bring sleeping bag or air mattress (we have just one), blankets, pillows, etc. Whatever/whomever you like to sleep on/with.
As far as game plan: I've got washers and a fire pit, bball courts at the elementary school, sand volleyball at the park 2 blocks away and if all else fails, playing cards and video games.
Our address is 209 Lynn Street
We're located at the intersection of 3rd Street and Lynn, the house number is on our mailbox.
Ours is the one with a black minivan parked in the driveway, no more beretta!

Reminder: If we want to get shirts ordered, we need 10. That will make them $15.50 each.
John, can you please corner the Cedar Rapids chapter and get money and sizes to bring me this weekend?
Need Kyle, Steven, Mesha, Luis, & Dean
Zach, check with your Eaglet brothers.
I'm still trying to get Marcus and Rott to respond to phone calls & text...whatever happened to the 3 day rule?
Don't call me out as being unresponsive. Erroneous! I laid a massive egg on the T-shirt post. I'm still waiting to hear what the verdict is on the slogan. But it doesn't really matter I want a shirt.
If you wait another week or so to order, I'm in the process of following up on some potential eagles. This would probably net an additional 4-5 shirts. The east coast branch is undergoing an expansion after years of docile membership.
Give me a week and I'll see who I think will be needing a shirt. Cool?

Comment Retracted!
The slogan used is "get the A on the paper...if you can't, get the B, get the B". Zach has it all sexified.
Let's set the deadline at Sept 30.
I have a buddy that can get us Koozies for pretty cheap ($2 each or so)...but shirts are the first matter of business.
The following items need to be discussed this weekend:
1) Awards
2) Halloween Event
3) Expanding the Nests
I laughed out loud at Adam's comment. Only Adam has the ability to shut any one us up with one fell swoop. I will be posting thje awards post tomorrow.
