It's been a while and the Eagls long list of summer events is about to begin, so i re-wrote the great will smith classic hit for the occausion.

Time to sit back and unwind

Here it is the groove slightly transformed
Just a bit of a break from the norm
Just a little somethin to break the monotony
Of all that hardcore dance that has gotten to be

School is out and the ealges are ready to fly
it's time for the out door living room where the roof is the sky
But now I see what have of this
The way that Eagles respond to summer madness
The weather is hot and girls are dressing less
And checking out the Eagles to tell em whos the high flyer
Or maybe the essance of black is what you desire
well, than a back to earth attitude is what you require
Back in Iowa we be out in the river
A place called the El dora always delivers
Eagles out drinking and girls doing likewise
floating down the river where a vinalla twist might arise
Where John's disappearing is what your looking at
Its like the summers a natural afradesiac
And with a feather and bow tie it's classy this year
To hit you and get you equipped for the good cheer


Its late in the day and I haven't quoted arrested development yet
Hustle to the field for my flag football set
Yeah I got on spikes but I need a new pair
Cause football fieal in the summer got girls there
The temperatures about 88
drink a gatorade with vodka for goodness's sake
Is this iowa, nope heaven
Cause youre invited to an out door leaving room thats starting at 7
Sitting with your friends cause yall remincise
About the days growing up and the first person you kiss
And as I think back makes me wonder how
The smell from a grill could spark up nostalgia
All the eagles playing out front
The first game is laser tag be on the hunt
While the djs spinning a tune and the eagles have another reniuon
Then six oclock rolls around
and the garbage truck just started heading down
Its time to vaccum the temporary hangot
It looks like a living room outside
Everybody come lookin it's time decide
Fresh from the blue room or the captial
Every moment spent in laughter
Chillin in the room long after
the sun went down and events are through
And someone gets the championship belt here hoping's not you
