Eagle Vision: The eagle who best promotes and spreads the word of the eagles
Old Prospector: The best showing at El Dora
Jello molder of the year: The eagle who come least prepared to eagle events
Hatchling of the Year: The 1st year Eagle who shows great passion
Essence of Black Hawk: The Eagle who gets in touch with his inner eagle
Mother Hen of year: A eagle significant other that helps Eagle events by opening up their home, cook, provide shelter and what not for eagles.
And our New Award the Atheglt of the year-the best performance by an eagle on the athletic field

Jello Molder: thanks to Jim bringing a full car load of stuff to Eldora, i think he passes the Jello this year to KyleBuddy...who not only is ill-prepared for things, but also fails to even bring his wallet to chip in for entry fees.
Hatchling: i believe Steven is still eligible, so i vote for hime
BlackHawk: i give it to Jim, not only for his Claw Game story, but he was also gung-ho to trek into the Eldora wilderness to chop up timber at 5am
Mother Hen: i think this goes to Meisha for all her understanding and embrassing of the Eagles with no knowledge of an actual award. she made an amazing cake and opened her home to not only events, but also housing JP and KyleBuddy. Props to Jess for making it a race, but i think Meisha walks away with this.
Athlete of the Year: im picking this as my upset...Marcus Yari Thie over Wildman. both equally dominant on the hardwood, but i think Marcus edges out Braden with his ability to go both ways on the football field. neither showed up to get dominated by me in the olympics, so Jim is my pick for Eagle Athlete.

Tough decisions mixed with easy ones... but here's how the vote rolls out.
High flyer: Brayden for sticking it out as much as possible for the olympics, pushing the eagle sports through flag football and b-ball, and for a quality "Ca-caw" that all should admire.
Eagle Vision: Easy pick. The man with the ambition few others have, the dream of an eagle, and who keeps the best club ever rollin' right along... Johnathan Derryberry.
Old Prospector: Missed, so witholding a vote.
Jello Molder of the Year: Jim, for the depressing thought of having a fellow eagle bring a jello mold (to the Olympics) without having the current Jello Award winner present.
Hatchling of the Year: Albert; rockin' the sports world.
Essence of Black Hawk: Kyle Johnson for not folding under pressure when Cara took a strong run at him in the Olympics standings. Holding true to his ground, as the Native Americans would be proud of.
Mother Hen of the Year: Biased? Yes, but the cake rocked. Mesha. Though huge props to Jess for providing an oasis and for making it a competition.
Atheglt: Scotty; the pick-six and taking home the gold at the Eagles Olympics
