"The Flying Eagles Social Club"
Letter from the President:
Greetings and a warm hello from Davenport, Iowa. I wish each and every one of You a Happy post Thanksgiving Holiday... as we have much to be Thankful for... for the remainder of this year and certainly in the upcoming '08!
In reflecting back to our beginning, starting in the summer of 2006 at the red cabin. A year later the camping trip in '07 at El Dora followed by out representation at the Iowa games. Our other social gatherings and making the most when we all get together. Although somewhat infrequent, that makes it just little bit better. Hopefully, we can have an Annual Blast every year for years to come.
The origin of the "Flying Eagles" names come from (2) sources
1. The "Flying Tigers" from W.W. II with heroic veterans.
2. The Eagle which is a powerful Indian/spiritual sign... one that soars with great hunting prowess.
A powerful name, A powerful symbol, and a tradition that will live forever... certainly for some years ahead.
As "Flying Eagles we should always help and encourage each other. I greatly look forward to our future social gatherings. We should probably officially announce the position of Sergeant of Arms.
So with the "Flying Eagles" handshake ; and the help of gavel rapping 3 times... "Hear Ye... Hear Ye... Hear Ye" We now adjourn this meeting! Caw-Caw

HONESTLY JOHN, IT SOULDN'T BE THAT HARD TO TRANSFER SOMETHING THATS ALREADY BEEN WRITTEN ONTO THE SCREEN. I READ THAT LETTER MYSELF AND THIS ONE I COULD BARELY GET THROUGH DUE TO THE ERRORS, I WOULD THINK THAT FOR OFFICIAL EAGLES BUSINESS YOU COULD RE-READ WHAT IS BEING POSTED AT LEAST ONCE. SPEAKING ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND ANYONE ELSE WHO STRUGGLES TO UNDERSTAND AND GET THROUGH YOUR POSTS PLEASE!!!!! PLEASE!!!! RE-READ YOUR OWN WORK.
